Celebrate Easter Sunday immersed in the beautiful setting of the Borgo. We offer a culinary journey that celebrates the roots of Roman cuisine, combining authentic flavors with an atmosphere of total well-being.
The Easter Menu
- Easter Corner (Buffet): Casatiello (savory bread), Easter savory pie, cheese bread, hard-boiled eggs, Corallina salami, Roman Caciotta cheese, Colomba cake, and Pastiera.
- Appetizer: Sautéed lamb offal (Coratella) with artichokes.
- First Course (Choice of): Asparagus and mint risotto OR Artichoke lasagna.
- Main Course (Choice of): Roasted lamb with sautéed chicory OR Porchetta (roasted pork) with roasted potatoes.
- Dessert: Chantilly cream dessert with strawberries and crispy puff pastry wafers.
Prices: €60.00 per adult | €35.00 for children over 6 (drinks excluded).
